Designed for constant heavy-duty use and reliability in the long term, this machine enables the manufacturing of two various fluting profiles (like A+B, B+C, or C+E) in one compact design, saving the space required by two individual machines.
The machine is made with a strong cast iron frame and equipped with precision-ground flute rollers, manufactured from high-grade alloy steel, providing superior strength, sharp flute creation, and long life. With quick-change facilities, the changeover between profiles is smooth and time-efficient, minimizing downtime during production runs.
This non-fingerless version incorporates a conventional gum roll and pressure roll feeding mechanism that provides stable feeding and consistent corrugation performance. The steam or electrical heating system provides perfect bonding and control of moisture during running, resulting in high-quality corrugated board output for 3 Ply and 5 Ply manufacturing.
Fitted with a manual or motor-driven lifting system (as desired), an auto gum tray with recirculation system, and high-speed bearing support, the machine provides both productivity and reliability. With a design that allows for continuous usage under high-load conditions, the double profile machine is ideal for units that prioritize high-volume output without affecting sheet quality.
